File 1: Title Page/First Page/Covering Letter: This file should contain the following information:
1. Type of manuscript (original article, case report, review article, letter to the editor, images, etc.), title of the manuscript, running title, names of all authors/contributors (including their highest academic degrees, designations, and affiliations), and department/institution credits. Any information that could reveal the authors' identities should be included in this file. Please use text/doc files and refrain from compressing the files.
2. Total number of pages, photographs, and word counts for the abstract and the main text (excluding references, tables, and abstract) and the word counts for the introduction and discussion in the case of original articles.
3. Sources of support include grants, equipment, drugs, or any other form of support.
4. Acknowledgments : Please provide statements acknowledging contributions that don't warrant authorship, technical assistance, and financial/material support, which should be included in the manuscript's title page and not in the main article file.
5. Registration number in the case of a clinical trial and the name of the registry along with its URL.
6. Conflicts of interest for each author/contributor. Provide a statement of financial or other relationships that could lead to a conflict of interest if the information is not included in the manuscript or an author's form.
7. Criteria for inclusion in the authors'/contributors' list.
8. A statement confirming that all authors have read and approved the manuscript, meeting the required authorship criteria as outlined and that each author believes the manuscript represents honest work if no such information is provided elsewhere.
9. Contact information: Include the name, address, email, and telephone number of the corresponding author responsible for communicating with the other authors regarding revisions and final approval of the proofs.
File 2: Blinded Article file:
The main text of the article, commencing from the Abstract and extending through the References section, encompassing any tables, should be contained within this file. The document must not contain any reference to the authors' names or initials, the institution where the study was conducted, or any acknowledgements. Page headers and running titles may include the article's title but should refrain from incorporating the authors' names. Manuscripts failing to comply with the Journal's blinding policy will be returned to the corresponding author. Please utilize doc file formats and avoid compressing the files. The file size should be limited to 2 MB, and images should not be embedded in the file. In cases where the file size is substantial, graphs can be submitted as separate images without incorporation into the article file to reduce the overall file size. It is essential to number the pages sequentially, commencing from the first page of the blinded article file.

Please make sure to adhere to the following guidelines regarding the presentation of tables:
1. Tables should be self-explanatory and not contain redundant information already presented in the text.
2. Tables containing more than 10 columns and 25 rows are prohibited.
3. Number the tables using Arabic numerals in the order of their first citation in the text, and provide a brief title for each table.
4. Any additional details or explanations should be placed in the footnotes rather than table headings.
5. All non-standard abbreviations used in each table should be explained in footnotes.
Illustrations (Figures):
1. Please ensure all images are uploaded in JPEG format, and the file size does not exceed 1024 kb.
2. Figures should be sequentially numbered based on their citation order in the text.
